Eyeing the Lok Sabha polls 2024, the BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) began preparations for formulating the strategy almost two years, with hundreds of recruiting notices for various posts within the party across the country, including West Bengal state being put up.

The ‘Nation With NaMo’ team will employ around 500 people in the initial phase at the national level. Though the appointment is known to contract, those who will apply must be well educated, and have strong knowledge of politics.

In West Bengal, the team will work till April 2024, appointing associates, senior associates, and managers for several projects at the booth and national levels. This campaign team will focus on team coordination, and campaign strategy. Besides, every employee must be proficient in the Bengali language.
