BRS Releases First List For the Assembly Elections 2023 – Candidates Complete List

Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) President and Telangana Chief Minister, K Chandrasekhar Rao, made a significant announcement on Monday by revealing the candidate list for 115 out of the 119 seats for the upcoming assembly elections. This development marks a crucial step in the party’s preparations for the impending electoral event.

Notably, KCR has chosen to contest the elections from both the Gajwel and Kamareddy constituencies, underscoring his commitment to representing multiple segments of the electorate. As the state gears up for the upcoming assembly elections, these dual candidacies showcase KCR’s intention to reach out to a diverse range of voters.

In a strategic move, the BRS President clarified that alterations in the list of candidates have been restricted to seven assembly constituencies. This emphasis on continuity and stability in most constituencies suggests that the party is confident in its existing candidates and their capabilities.

Offering insight into the party’s future plans, KCR announced that the eagerly anticipated party manifesto will be unveiled in Warangal on October 16. This unveiling will likely provide voters with a comprehensive understanding of the BRS’s vision and agenda for the state.

KCR also reiterated the party’s enduring alliance with Hyderabad Lok Sabha MP Asaduddin Owaisi-led AIMIM. This ongoing partnership underscores the BRS’s commitment to maintaining a productive and collaborative political environment, potentially contributing to a stronger coalition in the future.

Following the release of the candidate list, BRS Member of Legislative Council (MLC) K Kavitha, who is also the daughter of Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao, took to social media platform X to express her perspective. She highlighted the list’s composition as a reflection of the people’s unwavering confidence in KCR’s dynamic leadership and the effective governance provided by the BRS. Her tweet emphasized that out of the 119 assembly seats, 115 exceptional candidates have been carefully chosen, underscoring the party’s dedication to serving the people of Telangana. The message encapsulated the party’s humility in seeking the blessings and support of the Telangana populace for the upcoming elections.
