Goa Assembly Elections 2022

The Goa elections 2022 will be held on 14th February and the counting of votes will take place on 10th March.

The last assembly polls in Goa in 2017 were held in a single phase, wherein Congress won 17 out of 40 seats and BJP won 13 constituencies. However, Congress lost out to the Saffron party on forming the government.

This time, the Goa Polls are likely to get heated as the ruling BJP looks to retain power against challenges from three parties including Congress, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), and Trinamool Congress (TMC).
